Corporate Governance: Requirements, Challenges, and Opportunities
On October 20, within the framework of the educational program of the CMS project, an online meeting was held titled "Corporate Governance: Requirements, Challenges, and Opportunities."
The invited speaker, Irina Gordeladze, senior management consultant at the World Bank, spoke about the following main topics:
- The importance of corporate governance practices for organizational success
- A brief outline of the relevant legislation in terms of corporate governance of SDP
- Corporate management challenges in Georgian reality.
