The registration date for the Capital Market Support Program is approaching.

Once registration is complete, a detailed diagnostic phase will begin, involving company evaluation and final selection, and will run until September 23rd.

Based on the information provided by the company, the following diagnostics will be conducted:

• Financial profile analysis
• Business profile analysis 
• A compliance check with regulatory requirements
• Corporate governance assessment
• An assessment of the potential for successful placement.

In the second stage, based on the analysis presented by the diagnostic team, the selection committee selects the winning candidates, after which a list of the winning candidates and the companies on the waiting list will be published.

The election will be made by the Program Selection Committee.

Selected candidates will be given until the end of the second quarter of 2023 to issue public securities. In the event of the successful placement of securities, companies will receive a grant in the amount of approximately GEL 100-200 thousand to cover issue-related costs.
