Capital Market Instruments - Presentation File

On February 24, as part of the CMS project training program, an online conference on capital market instruments was held, during which the following subjects were discussed:

  • What it serves and how the capital market operates while taking local characteristics into account;
  • The capital market's key tools, particularly the fundamental properties of stocks and bonds;
  • The benefits of the public offering, the procedure, and the fundamental legislative or regulatory requirements;
  • Expenditure related to the public offering and co-financing provided under the program.
