Each applying candidate will be required to have a contract with a placement agent of their choosing.

If a candidate does not already have a contract with a placement agent, they can register in the program. However, they will be required to obtain such a contract until the registration deadline – June 17, 2022.

Reports derived during the detailed diagnostic phase of the program will include assessments from candidates’ placement agents regarding the company’s issuance feasibility.

The summary information requested from candidates’ placement agents will include:

• A short outline of the agents’ financial assessment of the company; K
• Key risks associated with the company’s profitability, liquidity, leverage, business, etc.; 
• Preliminary market soundings, including possible investor appetite, security pricing, and other key terms (if available).
